Miranet offers a range of maintenance programs, so clients can choose the level of service that best meets their needs.
 Basic Upkeep and Reporting
Fees for this maintenance program depend on the estimated number of hours needed to support the site. For as little as $475/month you can have peace of mind that your company website is fully functional and up-to-date. Unspent hours can be banked, and over-runs of up to 20% can be borrowed from succeeding months. We also provide online access to our Time Billing System, so you can see how and when we are spending time on your website. The program includes:

We perform routine updates to the web site and make suggestions on how to improve the site. |
| Comprehensive Web Site Activity Reporting |
This report includes 50 variables such as most popular pages, least popular pages, which search engines are referring to your site, entry page other that home page (usually due to bookmarks), and much much more. |
| Search Engine Visibility Reports |
The website report we issue each month will show how you rank in the keywords you find most important. The report includes ranking among the top dozen search engines. We will also make recommendations for how to adjust the site to maximize your search engine visibility. |
| Dead Link Checks |
Our software continuously checks each link on your website to make sure it's good, and notifies us if there is a change or a break so we can fix it before an irate viewer calls you. |

E-marketing Program
The e-Marketing program works on the same principal as the Basic Upkeep and Reporting program, in that you only pay for the services you need, and you set the number of hours needed each month. Components of the program include:

| Pay-Per-Click Advertising |
Some search engines, like Overture and Google, now let you “buy” certain keywords with a simple and inexpensive advertisement that only charges you when a prospective customer clicks over to your site. We take the worry out of selecting the right keywords and the process of paying for each click-through. (The ads themselves are separately billed, but you set the advertising budget for each campaign.) |
| Preparation and Distribution of Press Releases |
We will write press releases using your notes and interview results, and distribute them through one of the Wire Services (charged separately and costing from $200 – 500/press release, dependent on the number of publications the Press Release is sent to). |

If desired, we will install our custom-developed Lead Management System, so you can track incoming leads through every step of the sales cycle. The system even has campaign effectiveness reports to assist in evaluating the specific campaign metrics. |
| Where to Buy |
If you have multiple channels of distribution that change frequently, our custom database-driven program is perfect for use on your site. We provide a browser-based update system that allows non-technical personnel to update the sales channels and sales personnel, so your prospective customers always get the right sales rep for their needs. |

We will soon be adding the ability to create online demos and provide online training right on your website, using our proprietary technology. |
