Lead Management System: Prior to system implementation, it took this company three weeks to process an incoming lead. Our web-based system cut that time to 72 hours—as well as providing tracking reports on how much business is resulting from leads by campaign.
Loan Application Submission: When we met with this client—a commercial lender—it was using loan officers to take applications over the phone. Now a web-based application takes the information, and even calculates the interest rate, so the applicant can determine whether or not this is the right loan package. This allows loan officers to focus on qualified, interested applicants.
Sales Rep Lookups: We’ve designed several variations of this application, tailored to specific industries and organizations. The web-based tool allows prospects to find the correct sales or manufacturer’s rep for their geographic region or industry, eliminating the need for rerouting or duplication of efforts.
Parts Lookup: This client noticed that its field technicians were continually calling customer service for help identifying parts on equipment they were repairing. We created an easy-to-use parts lookup on the company’ s web site and then integrated the lookup with the ERP system, so technicians can look up the part and order it in one seamless operation.
Customer Portals: Construction and design firms, attorneys, and consulting companies all spend huge sums on overnight shipments of plans and documents. By creating a password-protected area on their websites, we enable them to upload and modify files, and notify recipients. Not only does this offer huge savings in shipment expenses, but also provides a means of tracking who is reading or uploading documents.
