The CondoSolutions site will automate and webify the management of these condominium associations, dramatically improving their return on investment in a budget-conscious environment.

The main features of this innovative site include:

• A public-facing brochure site that describes the many benefits of using CondoSolutions to manage a condominium association. A colorful Flash piece acts as an interactive presentation of the site features, and a detailed Flash tutorial demonstrates how easy it is for condo association administrators to use the site.
  
• A CondoSolutions Site Administrator Home Page with the ability to add, change, and delete associations.
  
• Banking Functions, which allow condo association administrators to:
  1. Create a chart of accounts
  2. Create and manage bank accounts including ACH transactions
  3. Perform payroll functions
  
• A Reporting Function for creating reports of Receipts and Expenditures
